3 – ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, therefore the items that are in your shopping bag are not reserved and are available to other customers until you complete your purchase. You can update or change your order in your cart page. There you can make any changes you wish, such us removing products or changing the quantity of them by adding the quantity you wish and updating your cart. To calculate the final amount of your order, select the delivery method of your preference and add any active discount coupons you might have acquired. When you are confident with your choices, the specifications and the quantities of the products added to the basket, you can “Proceed to checkout”. You can complete your order in our checkout page. At the next step, it is necessary to fill out your Billing address and the Shipping address, only if different. This step is mandatory. You can choose to create an account with us, or proceed with a guest account. Payment methods as follows:

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmatory e-mail containing all the information regarding your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if one of the following occurs: – Your payment is not authorized. – There is no delivery service available in your location. – You don’t agree to the Terms & Conditions of our site. – One or more of the ordered items was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. – One or more of the ordered items is out-of-stock. If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via e-mail on info@modissimo.gr within 1 hour from the completion of your order or call on +30 210 2799556 | +30 210 2799379 You will be notified on when you will be reimbursed if you have already made the payment. All credit/debit/prepaid card payment transactions are performed through Piraeus Bank service electronic payment platform which uses encryption TLS 1.1 with protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). This encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it while using the appropriate password.
4 – PAYMENTS POLICY
Modissimo is headquartered in Perissos Greece and all our transactions are in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros. If you are a customer whose credit/debit/prepaid card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit cardcharges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card. -modissimo.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without further notice. -All prices are 24% VAT inclusive. 5 – SHIPPING DELIVERY WITHIN GREECE All orders to Greece will be shipped with ELTA courier and the estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days. Delivery costs for Greece are free for all orders over €18. Otherwise, the delivery cost within Greece is €2,00 on orders under €18. In case you choose the payment method “Pay on delivery”, there is an extra charge of €2,00. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY For delivery outside Greece please contact us to get shipping quotes and delivery times for your location. *Please note that Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability. 6 – DELIVERY Special packing will be used in order to ensure that all products will be delivered to you at an excellent condition. modissimo.gr is not to be held liable or responsible for any failure to deliver your order caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). Deliveries will be made by the carrier to the address indicated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide us is correct and accurate. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you, for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeated delivery costs.
7 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
– Full refund: You have the right to return your product and request for a refund or an exchange within fifteen (15) calendar days from when you received your order. This suggests that you will have to inform us about the request of the return of your order within the first 7 calendar days in order to ensure that the parcel will arrive to us before the end of the 14th day as stated above. For you to be actually eligible for a refund, the following requirements are necessary: The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must still be attached. Your package must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice of purchase. In order to submit a refund request you should email us at info@modissimo.gr. Send back the parcel using the return method of your choice at the following address: Modissimo Leoforos Irakleiou 147, Nea Ionia, Attiki, Greece 142 31 (+30) 21 0285 0792Please note that return postage costs should be covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty. You can send back the parcel using a return method of your choice. You could send back your parcel using ELTA courier and choosing consignee charge. In this case you will be charged €3,00 for the return. This amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded in your bank account or card. Please note that special delivery services such as “Pay on delivery” or “Next-day delivery” are not able to be refunded. Therefore, if you have paid an extra €2,00 at the courier in order to use cash upon delivery this amount will not be refunded. The refund refers to the actual value of the product purchased. Please also make sure to keep your proof of postage/ tracking number for your own insurance. modissimo.gr is not responsible for damaged items or parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of your parcel, and once we ensure that the products were returned in the original condition, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method. modissimo.gr reserves the right to dismiss the request of a refund if one or more of the above requirements are not met. Exchange: In case you have changed your mind and would like to exchange your order to another product of the same or higher value, the return costs of the order is the responsibility of the customer. You can send back to us the parcel using a return method of your choice. You can choose ELTA courier and select consignee charge. In this case you will be charged an extra amount of €3,00 on your new order. The new order will be sent to you with free delivery costs on your first return. In case you decide to exchange your order again, you will have to be charged again on the return costs of the parcel and the new delivery costs will be an additional €3,00. Please note that the amount to be exchanged refers to the value of the products to be returned. It does not include shipping costs and special delivery services. -Wrong product: If you have received a wrong product or if there is a defect with your product, please contact us via email at info@modissimo.gr. Please explain your issue and attach a photo of the item so that we can solve the issue as soon as possible. Once we accept your request we will send you the new product, free of charge.
